Our Process

Here is a little general information regarding our process and basically how your job will be handled:

  • Schedule a 30-minute appointment to inspect the damage and review or provide estimate(s).
  • We will take photos to document the vehicle’s condition and record the vehicle’s mileage and schedule your drop-off appointment that coincides with parts arrival.
  • Parts are ordered.
  • You will need to sign an authorization to repair form allowing us to repair the vehicle.
  • Please leave all keys with us for locked items such as trunks, tool boxes, wheel locks, spare tire locks, roof rack locks, etc.
  • Please bring your insurance information if we need it. This should include the name of the insurance carrier responsible, your policy number, claim rep’s name and number, and your claim number.
  • Remove all valuables and items you may need while the vehicle is in repair.
  • Remove debris from your trunk area to eliminate time spent cleaning or moving and storing your items. We need to access your vehicle’s paint codes here.
  • Please leave fuel in your tank, which may be necessary for proper alignment.
  • Please disable all automotive and audio alarms or provide the codes for us.
  • We will manage any insurance issues if there are additional repairs needed that were not in the estimate.
  • If you need a rental car, we can arrange one for you through the liable insurance.
  • When completed, we will return your vehicle to you washed and ready to roll!
